Hello Leaders, My Name is Ayub Ng’ang’a and I Will Add Value to You.
As a leadership coach, my passion lies in empowering individuals to discover their sense of purpose and seize control of their leadership journey. Having personally experienced the detrimental effects of poor leadership, I made a conscious decision to emerge as a leader who not only inspires others to take charge but also coaches them to become their best selves.

In my coaching practice, I live by a powerful mantra: “The world is not going to give you purpose; no one will come to save you. You only have yourself.” This philosophy underpins my approach to leadership development. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to be a leader, and my role is to ignite that inner spark, helping individuals tap into their innate abilities and unleash the leader within.
